WOW!!! HERE is what Jody had to say in her testimony.....
Jody says >>>>Here is my new picture. I started S.F. march of 2013 with a lot of medical problems. Since then I am off high blood pressure meds, acid reflux meds, hormones, have lost 40 lbs and lots of inches. I don't measure myself, but use my size 10's to check. I can get them over my booty and button them now! Still tight but couldn't do it at all before S.F. I am one of those people who loses slow because of the exercise from the bulging disc and tear and sciatica. But when they allow me to, I get out and walk! Like I have said before, no matter how long it takes, I have the determination and all the support from family, friends and group. Don't give up you guys! The more out of wack your body is, the longer it may take. I use to read all the wonderful testimonials and get depressed because I am not doing as well. Then that light turned on and said " look you know your medical problems and you know you had lost 100 pds before your sciatica went to Hell"! So stop beating yourself up and take one day at a time and YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!! I Absolutely LOVE Skinny Fiber and this awesome support group!

Jody writes----wow wow wow! what a difference!. The big difference now is my body has detoxed from all the steroid shots i was having, plus my body is rid of several medications i was on. Thanks to Skinny fiber I have super energy, enjoying life again, plus losing those pounds i put on when I went down from sciatica! YAY! —

Here is what she added today when she emailed her updated picture! ----If you want daughter, you can share to let people know skinny fiber works even when you have obstacles! I am living proof! Plus over 60 inches lost! Love u more than you know! You and skinny fiber saved my life! ....---------

How to Boil an Egg without the gray ring

Now the directions -

1) Grab your eggs (I’m using large eggs), and a pot. Pretty easy start, right?

2) Put the eggs in the pot and cover them with water, only about an inch overhead.

3) Put them on the stove and turn it on medium high heat.

Now this is where you NEED to pay attention.

4) As SOON as that water starts to boil (and I mean boil, not just a few bubble here and there), turn the stove off.

5) Set the timer for 10 minutes.

6) When the timer goes off, remove the eggs from the pot and put them in cold water. (Sometimes I put them in an ice bath, but I haven’t found that it really matters either way)

7) Let them sit for about 5 minutes and then dig in.

Of course, if you don’t want them right away, just store them in the fridge, but try to use them within a few days as they go bad faster than uncooked eggs.

Amanda Shares:

Here we go guys! This is what I have been promising every day that I have shared and shared information about Skinny Fiber! Here is my LIFE, my story, my JOURNEY!

My name is Amanda, and here is my story! I am a 26 year old Mother of beautiful little sassy GIRLS, and will soon be marrying the love of my life after 6 years together. BOUT TIME. Lol.

I was born very premature at 28 weeks; and weighed 3lbs at birth! I was small as a child, and stayed very active. It wasn't until puberty that I started to put on weight. I was always very athletic and involved in school activities (soccer, color guard, marching band, mcjrotc, FBLA, FCCLA, choir, drama, ballet, jazz, tap, debate~YOU NAME IT!) I walked everywhere with my friends, and was the furthest thing from a couch potato. My weight gain just never made since!! It affected my self confidence terribly. KIDS ARE MEAN. I was teased, talked about by many, and dumped by meanie boys I don't know HOW many times for being "too fat!" I hated myself every time I looked in the mirror. I even gave up dancing. My passion!!

The weight carried into adulthood. I was blessed with 2 beautiful little girls in 2006 and 2009 but had c-sections with both, as I was high risk and preeclamptic both pregnancies. I could not be nearly as active as I wanted to be in the early postpartum days. I was able to drop more weight after having my 2nd daughter due to breastfeeding on demand. When my 2nd daughter Lilly was about 3 months old, I had an acute gallstone attack that put me on an operating table within hours. After having my gallbladder removed, I put on MORE weight..There went my self esteem even more!

In November of 2012, I began having terrible pain in my lower back. After days of misery, my fiance finally dragged me to the hospital. The doctor was a bit concerned, but did not think I had anything seriously wrong. At best, he assumed kidney stones, and ran a CT. I will never forget the way that he came into my room, apologizing, and giving me the scariest news of my life. In my right ovary, there was a rare tumor, called a Teratoma. It was bigger than a golfball, and INSIDE of my ovary vs ON it. (This is rare for teratoma's.) The weight gain that I underwent the moment I grew into a little woman, now made more sense. Teratoma's are formed in the WOMB before you are even born. This went undetected my entire life, as it was very tiny. They believe that it grew to it's capacity about 6 months or so before it was discovered; and also believe that it was a major cause of my weight gain.

Of course, I would have to undergo another abdominal surgery to have it removed. Thank you LORD, the tumor was NOT cancerous! When I underwent surgery on January 8th, 2013 there were many complications! The doctor could not even SEE my ovary, due to the numerous amounts of scar tissue. I ended up with 3 abdominal incisions, and one less ovary. I woke up in SO much unbelievable pain, that my body went into shock. It took an hour to get me stable and breathing ok! (I actually stopped breathing 3 times.) I will never forget waking up, and feeling like I was inside of the most horrific nightmare.

Among dealing with the tumor, I have faced other battles, such as Fibromyalgia and chronic ovarian cysts. The tumor was a very big, scary wake up call for me. I had to do something with my life!! I have little girls that need me to be here every day! I began seeing my friend Crystal Garrison sharing and sharing information on Facebook about something called SkinnyFiber. I was a bit weary at first, as there are so many diet scams on the market!! I did my research! SkinnyFiber is all natural! No stimulants! No headaches, no jitters, and no drug company made JUNK. The hundreds of before and after photo's and testimonials are what peaked my interest a bit, but most of all the amazing health benefits of SkinnyFiber. Many people do not realize that their body is not in a healthy enough state to lose weight in the first place. When the INSIDE is a mess, your bodies first reaction is to store and store it's fat reserves like a hybernating bear!

When you go through the beginning detox phase of SkinnyFiber, your body works on correcting the issues that are holding you back in the first place. Be it diabetes, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, PCOS, SLOW METABOLISM, you name it! I thought, "Hey!! That sounds like it could REALLY help me!" I was not in the greatest position to try SF, as we are living on a very tight budget! But, I talked it over with my fiance, and we took the plunge!! SF has an empty bottle 30 day guarantee. What could I lose but WEIGHT?!

I got the green light from my doctor (who by the way, loved the ingredients!) and I ordered my first bottle. I paid a one time only fee of 10 bucks to sign on as a personal distributor, and am now making money from home through a wonderful and supportive company, (In my jammies if I feel like it! Ha!) and feeling better than I have in YEARS. I am sleeping better at night, I have much more energy, and am coping with my Fibromyalgia better and better every day! I am losing slowly, as my body has many issues to correct; but am excited to share this with the world! I am down 10lbs and 9 inches after 30 days on SkinnyFiber. I gained a bit my first week as I went through detox (and hey, building muscle mass is AWESOME) and the pounds have been coming off since. My clothes are loser, and my fiance tells me every day how PROUD he is of what I am doing! I am so glad that I have taken charge of my LIFE again! SkinnyFiber WORKS!

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Love Buffalo Wings but don't love the calories??? Well give these yummy bites a try!!! Tender baked cauliflower, covered in a sweet crisp coating that's been tossed in a hot buttery buffalo sauce will pair really well with crunchy celery and a cool ranch dressing. Healthier than the original but just as satisfying!

Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 1/4 cup of coconut milk
1 Tbsp of garlic
1 tsp of cajun seasoning
1 dash of sea salt
1 cup of Louisana wing sauce
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly spray a large non-stick baking sheet with oil.

Combine the coconut milk, flour, and garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and salt in a bowl and stir until well combined.

Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet; bake for 30 minutes flipping at 15 minutes.

While the cauliflower is baking, combine the hot sauce and butter in a small bowl and heat/melt in the microwave.

After baked toss the cauliflower in hot sauce mixture, return to baking sheet and return to oven to continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.

Bacon/Sweet Potato Dog Treats
by Lorinda

5 Tbsp. fresh bacon fat (see note below)
1/2 c. sweet potato, mashed well
4 c. flour
1 c. low sodium broth
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat baking pan with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine bacon fat, egg, and sweet potato. When thoroughly combined, add broth and mix well again. Don't worry if bacon fat gets solid and hard to mix. That will happen later when you add the flour.

Slowly add flour and mix well in between. Once you get to a thick mixture, you can take your hands and squish it to blend well, too. This helps to make sure the bacon fats are blended well and not in clumps throughout the dough. (Be sure to remove any rings first)

Lay out onto floured board or counter. Roll out to desired thickness. Don't get too thin or they will be easy burned and extra crispy. Cut into desired shapes or use a pizza cutter and make squares.

Place onto baking pan, making sure not to touch each other. Bake 35 minutes or until golden on the bottom. They may seem slightly soft when touched. However, they do crisp up after they cool.

Keep in freezer for longer lasting treats. You can keep in refrigerator for up to 2 wks. Do not leave out of coldness. They have no preservatives and will mildew and rot in just hours, depending on how warm your home is.

NOTE: When you fry up bacon, save the fat in a container and keep frozen. Then when you need to make your dog treats, take out and thaw. You only want to freeze it in 5 Tbsp. measurements though. Otherwise you will lose it when you thaw.

Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients – have them all at room temperature

3 cups sifted Domata Recipe Ready Flour ** SEE BELOW
½-cup nonfat dry milk powder (I didn't have this so substituted regular milk and took off 1/2 cup water from below)
¾-tsp salt
1 ½-tsp baking powder
¾ tsp unflavored gelatin
2 TBS sugar
3 ½-tsp instant yeast
3 eggs, beaten
¾-tsp vinegar
1/8 -cup vegetable oil
1 ¼-cup + 1/8 cup lukewarm water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Grease a 5” x 9” loaf pan, and dust with DLF. (I used 360 because I have dark metal bread pans)

Mix all the dry ingredients in your mixing bowl first for several minutes while preparing the wet ingredients. Whisk together the wet ingredients and the yeast then add them to the dry and mix those together until mixed for ONLY 1 minute DO NOT OVER MIX. The batter should be slightly thicker than the consistency of cake batter. Add water a tablespoon at a time, as needed, to achieve this texture. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, smooth with wet fingers, cover and let rise in a warm place until dough reaches top of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes then cover lightly with foil, and bake for another 35-40 minutes depending on your oven. Remove from pan immediately to cool. Cool before slicing. Store tightly covered on the counter for 3 days, in freezer for several weeks. (It will dry out in the refrigerator).

This recipe also makes beautiful dinner rolls.

Take a 1/3 cup greased scoop or equal measured amount of batter and place into large greased muffin pans. Bake at the same temperature as the bread, but for only 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
We also cover our rolls with a tin foil tent to insure not over browning.

As a special treat add chunky applesauce or apple sauce that has chunky peaches.

** I found this great flour at Country Mart in Branson -- It's only around $12 for a 4 lb bag and it includes the xanthan gum. That seems expensive but if you've bought gluten free products, this is cheap)
This recipe was adapted from the Domata site and here's tons more recipes -- Can't wait to try! domataglutenfree.com/recipes.html

The power to win is in your hands...so don't stop now. Don't even think about it! Don't let a delay become a denial.

Change your strategy. The law of possibility is on your side. Go outside yourself. Ask for help and don"t stop until you get it. Come back and look at it again with fresh eyes.

Focus on winning - not on the obstacles or challenges. Don't obsess and stress about what you need, or what's going wrong in your life. Keep working at it. You have to eat it, sleep it, breathe it and believe it. Open your mind to bold thinking and don't be afraid to take even bolder actions. Keep on reaching for your victory. Dig down deep. Release your inner strength and power. You got this!! You Deserve!!~Les Brown

 25 HOUSEHOLD TIPS

1. Take your bananas apart when you get home from the store. If you leave them connected at the stem, they ripen faster.

2. Store your opened chunks of cheese in aluminum foil. It will stay fresh much longer and not mold!

3. Peppers with 3 bumps on the bottom are sweeter and better for eating. Peppers with 4 bumps on the bottom are firmer and better for cooking.

4. Add a teaspoon of water when frying ground beef. It will help pull the grease away from the meat while cooking.

5. To really make scrambled eggs or omelets rich add a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream, cream cheese, or heavy cream in and then beat them up.

6. For a cool brownie treat, make brownies as directed. Melt Andes mints in double broiler and pour over warm brownies. Let set for a wonderful minty frosting.

7. Add garlic immediately to a recipe if you want a light taste of garlic and at the end of the recipe if your want a stronger taste of garlic.

8. Leftover snickers bars from Halloween make a delicious dessert. Simply chop them up with the food chopper. Peel, core and slice a few apples. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle the chopped candy bars over the apples. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes!!! Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream. Yummm!

9. Reheat Pizza
Heat up leftover pizza in a nonstick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to med-low and heat till warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza. I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.

10. Easy Deviled Eggs
Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock bag. Seal, mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients, reseal, keep mashing it up mixing thoroughly, cut the tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture into egg. Just throw bag away when done easy clean up.

11. Expanding Frosting
When you buy a container of cake frosting from the store, whip it with your mixer for a few minutes. You can double it in size. You get to frost more cake/cupcakes with the same amount. You also eat less sugar and calories per serving.

12. Reheating refrigerated bread
To warm biscuits, pancakes, or muffins that were refrigerated, place them in a microwave with a cup of water. The increased moisture will keep the food moist and help it reheat faster.

13. Newspaper weeds away
Start putting in your plants, work the nutrients in your soil. Wet newspapers, put layers around the plants overlapping as you go. Cover with mulch and forget about weeds. Weeds will get through some gardening plastic they will not get through wet newspapers.

14. Broken Glass
Use a wet cotton ball or Q-tip to pick up the small shards of glass you can't see easily.

15. No More Mosquitoes
Place a dryer sheet in your pocket. It will keep the mosquitoes away.

16. Squirrel Away!
To keep squirrels from eating your plants, sprinkle your plants with cayenne pepper. The cayenne pepper doesn't hurt the plant and the squirrels won't come near it.

17. Flexible vacuum
To get something out of a heat register or under the fridge add an empty paper towel roll or empty gift wrap roll to your vacuum. It can be bent or flattened to get in narrow openings.

18. Reducing Static Cling
Pin a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress. Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose. Place pin in seam of slacks and ... guess what! ... static is gone.

19. Measuring Cups
Before you pour sticky substances into a measuring cup, fill with hot water. Dump out the hot water, but don't dry cup. Next, add your ingredient, such as peanut butter, and watch how easily it comes right out. (Or spray the measuring cup or spoon with Pam before using)

20. Foggy Windshield?
Hate foggy windshields? Buy a chalkboard eraser and keep it in the glove box of your car When the windows fog, rub with the eraser! Works better than a cloth!

21. Re-opening envelopes
If you seal an envelope and then realize you forgot to include something inside, just place your sealed envelope in the freezer for an hour or two. Viola! It unseals easily.

22. Conditioner
Use your hair conditioner to shave your legs. It's cheaper than shaving cream and leaves your legs really smooth. It's also a great way to use up the conditioner you bought but didn't like when you tried it in your hair.

23. Goodbye Fruit Flies
To get rid of pesky fruit flies, take a small glass, fill it 1/2' with Apple Cider Vinegar and 2 drops of dish washing liquid; mix well. You will find those flies drawn to the cup and gone forever!

24. Get Rid of Ants
Put small piles of cornmeal where you see ants. They eat it, take it 'home,' can't digest it so it kills them. It may take a week or so, especially if it rains, but it works and you don't have the worry about pets or small children being harmed!

25. Dryer Filter
Even if you are very diligent about cleaning the lint filter in your dryer it still may be causing you a problem. If you use dryer sheets a waxy build up could be accumulating on the filter causing your dryer to over heat. The solution to this is to clean your filter with with a toothbrush and hot soapy water every 6 months.
